• Registration information: participant name, region, ID number or date of birth, gender, phone number, address, guardian or instructor name, and team member information.
• Work information: work title, dimensions, creative description, work images, creation-process videos, and backend review records.
• Security and operation information: voting records, access time, IP address, device and browser information, and abnormal operation logs.

2. How We Use Information

• For account registration, login, verification, and dashboard display.
• For age verification, individual or team registration, work review, public voting, expert review, and winner-list generation.
• For SMS, email, or in-platform messages about registration status, initial-review results, review progress, and awards.
• For vote risk control, abnormal behavior detection, system security, data backup, and event operation statistics.

3. Protection of Children’s Information

This event is for children aged 3-12. Submission means the child’s guardian or team contact understands and agrees to provide the relevant information. The platform processes children’s information only for registration, review, display, selection, notification, and archiving.

4. Sharing and Public Display

• We do not sell users’ personal information.
• To provide SMS, email, file storage, image compression, system operations, and related services, necessary information may be provided to technical service providers as needed.
• Works that enter display or selection stages may show necessary information such as work title, author information, region, age, and work images on platform pages, event promotion, winner showcases, or organizer channels.

5. Storage and Security

The platform uses account permission control, encrypted storage, logging, backup management, and other measures to protect data security. After the event ends, some registration and work information may continue to be retained for winner display, archive, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

Logged-in users can view and modify some account information in the dashboard. To query, correct, or delete registration-related information, contact event staff through the footer contact details. If information cannot be deleted immediately due to review, publication, award archiving, or compliance requirements, we will explain the reason.
