User Agreement

1. Accounts and Login

• Users may register or log in with a phone verification code, and may use phone-and-password login after registration.
• Please keep your account, password, and verification code secure. Losses caused by voluntary disclosure or improper custody are borne by the user.
• For operational security, the platform may restrict abnormal login, abnormal voting, malicious code requests, and similar behavior.

2. Eligibility and Submission

• This event is open to children aged 3-12 worldwide. The published event page shall prevail for registration time, selection process, and requirements.
• Mainland China participants must submit an ID number for age verification; other regions use date of birth for age verification.
• Individual registrations are submitted by the participant’s guardian or authorized contact. Team registrations are submitted by the team contact on behalf of members.

3. Work Requirements

• Submitted works must be original and must not plagiarize, copy, imitate, or infringe others’ rights.
• Content must be healthy, positive, and related to the event theme, and must not include illegal, vulgar, discriminatory, infringing, or inappropriate content.
• Users should upload work images, title, dimensions, creative description, and other required information as requested by the platform.

4. Review, Voting, and Awards

• After submission, works enter backend review. Approved works may proceed to selection, voting pool, expert review, and result announcement according to the event process.
• The platform may block, record, remove votes, or disqualify malicious voting, vote manipulation, automated tools, impersonation, or similar behavior.
• Winner generation, publication, and notifications are subject to platform records and final organizer confirmation.

5. Intellectual Property and Display Authorization

Authors retain attribution rights. By submitting a work, users authorize the organizer to use the work and necessary participant information for event review, online display, award publication, promotion, archive, exhibition, and related public-interest communication without additional payment.

6. User Conduct

• Do not submit false registration information, impersonate others, or disrupt normal platform operation.
• Do not attack the platform, make bulk interface requests, manipulate votes, abuse SMS requests, or bypass security verification by technical means.
• Do not publish, upload, or distribute illegal content. The platform may remove such content and restrict account functions.

7. Service Updates

The platform may update pages, functions, workflows, and rules for event operations, system maintenance, rule changes, or security needs. Important changes will be announced where feasible through platform notices, SMS, email, or in-app messages.
